Ending of Week 2

We have had a great 2 weeks. In science we are learning about the scientific method. We did 2 experiments this week. We completed the helicopter drop, where we discussed verbally the scientific method. Then today we saved Fred. Fred is a gummy worm that can't swim. The kids had a blast. Pictures coming soon.

Week 2

This is our second week of school. It has been a great start. The students are so creative. We made Scientist posters about what a scientist looks like and what kind of science they are interested in. I will be posting pictures soon. I am going to send out the forms so I can publish the kids work on line.

We also received a class pet today from Wendy Burns. We have 2 Guinea Pigs. The kids are very  excited about the pets. We will be naming them soon.

I am looking forward to a great year.
